How to commission me

1. You send me a brief description of the commission via Twitter/ Tumblr or by E-mail (Subject: Art Commission)2. If I accept it provide me the next information:
- visual references, character's personality, pose, mood of the art, anything that may help me to create the illustration you want.
- tell me if it's a b-day gift so I won't post the illustration before that day :)3. When I get the payment, I'll start the sketch. I'll make sure to keep you updated with the commission.4. No major changes is allowed after I start lining (like changing poses or design)5. I send you the finished piece in Google DriveDepending on queue, and type of commission, it may take from 5 days to 2 month from the day I started sketchYou can track your commission here on Trello

Terms of service

I. GENERAL TERMS- Artist reserves the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, or other reasons.
- This is a digital commission, so nothing will be shipped out
- Artist strives to perform to the best of their ability in good faith and warrants Work is 100% original according to Artist’s best knowledge.
- However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. Such as small colouring/marking mistakes.
- Any great changes will come with an extra charge (such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change, etc.)II. PAYMENT- Payment via []
- Client pays full price upfront before Artist starts working on the commission.
- Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.
- Client agrees that they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed.IV. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
- No refunds are possible after work begins.
- Artist remains the right to cancel and refund the money for Client's commission at any time (if they can't meet the deadline)
- If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.IV. TIMELINE and PROCESS- Work completion requires 5 days minimum, and may take up to 2 months depending on each project and queue.
- Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, workload and Client's feedback
- Final deliverables are provided by the Artist using email, Google Drive or similar file transfer tools, in PNG formats as applicable. Any files hosted by the Artist will be available for the Client to download for 1 month.
- If there are any delays and adjustments to timeline, the Artist will inform the Client.V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYArtist retains full and exclusive rights to the original artwork, including:
- Claiming the commissioned piece as their own work.
- Displaying the commissioned work in portfolios, websites, social media platforms, etc.
- Reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as artbooks.
- Modify and edit the commissioned piece.Commissions done are for personal, non-promotional use only, Clients and other parties may not:
- Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.
- Use the artwork for commercial, direct or indirect profit-gaining purpose.
- Reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, charms, etc.
- Use the artwork for promotion of goods, services, or social media pages, which includes using the art for streaming assets, vtuber schedules etc.
- Using artwork in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or other inventions in the space.
- Using artwork for AI training
- Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece, with the exception of resizing and cropping.However, the clients may:
- Repost the artwork online as long as proper credit is given.If you're planning to post the art publicly, please only upload either the watermarked version I provided or your own watermarked version. Do not post the original file publicly.

- bid in reply to the current highest bid
- you can't remove or cancel your bidRules

- please complete the payment within 48 hours after my notification,
if not I'll sell the adoptable to the second highest bid
- no refunds allowed- you can modify the adoptable as you want after purchasing
- you can trade or resell for the same price or lower
